Re: AR on Ebiten! Episode 9

Been upto date with the subs but I couldn`t help myself.

This is actually better than the manga.
Ebiten is based off a light novel isn`t it?
Is this from the light novel?

Also I haven`t seen AR in anime for a long time now but isn`t this one of the best processes?

I don`t remember the last anime I watched that had on-screen AR but this is pretty high-level.
It`s a shame the others didn`t get ARd.
I would have loved to see the council president in that state.

At last, a truly great Anime AR scene.

Actually, yes that was a pretty good AR sequence. It is rare to have process rather than poof in anime. Although I still think that the Brigadoon AR scene is the best process I have seen. Great find!

Yeah, that was a pretty cute AR. I do wish they did all of the girls, but oh well.

The adult being immune to it made me chuckle a bit.

@Silver Spoon.

Did you mean pretty cute or are you saying there was an ARscene in Pretty Cure?

Re: AR on Ebiten! Episode 9

I meant "cute". As far as I know, there's no AR in Pretty Cure. (At least not in the 3 shows I've seen.)

Re: AR on Ebiten! Episode 9

Seen Heartcatch and watching smile at the moment, someone should really make a list of processes.
Like the latest episode we have mermaid TF.

But back on topic.
I`m more of an SW/GTS guy but I do love AP/AR more AR.

To those who know their AR, would you consider this to be the best on-screen AR in an anime or in animation in general?

As I said I honestly don`t recall any others of this quality.

Klatuk4u definately is right about the Brigadoon, thats a good one but well, this one has MAJOR charm to it.

Re: AR on Ebiten! Episode 9

I love how the Process was shown in steps and how the sound effects made a popping poof kind of nose. Add in the voice reactions and I have got to say I think this might have been one of the best I've seen in a long time. I agree that it looks better then the Manga version. Its almost like someone came here to the forums and read all the talk about how process makes the regression way better. I think the whole Pill thing worked much better then the Mangas needle.

Chachazero the last AR I had seen from this year a few weeks ago was Dog Days 2. Cute but little to no process.

I agree this is the best age regression scene I have seen in quite some time. Absolutely great find man. I wish I could draw so I could de-lurk...
