wubble bubble - possible prop?
Saw a commercial for this toy today, seems like it could be used for props. Even comes with a small air pump.

Not only does this not involve process, but this doesn't even involve breasts. I mean yeah, it might be usable as a prop or something, but without someone to do so, well....

It's interesting and possibly viable. Air's a lot more compressible than the semi-solids you'd put into a breast prop, so that might alter how durable it is. Bookmarked for later. |

Re: wubble bubble - possible prop?
Just tossing this out there as I managed to try one of these out the other day.
From what I was able to see their minimum size, (as in actually a a ball with no sag or flat bits) is around a soccer ball. But when deflated they take up a large amount of space, as they don't so shrink below the size of a dinner plate, something that wouldn't be as useful for a breast prop I think. On the flip side I'm pretty sure it would work amazing well for someone interested in doing belly expansion. Bit of a pain to blow up though, lot of trial and error there. |

Re: wubble bubble - possible prop?
I've always thought a good way to do BE or belly expansion would be to film an actress with balloons under her shirt, then have her look surprised and clutch at the balloons so she pops them (maybe she could have a pin concealed in her hand)... then you run that bit of footage backwards, and it looks like she's sprouting these big boobs and/or belly out of nowhere. It would have to be a very quick shot, just enough to sell the illusion, and then in the next shot she could have some more realistic-looking pads under her clothes. It seems like such a simple effect that I'd expect to see it a lot, but I don't think I've ever seen anybody use it. Usually they conceal pumps under the actress' clothes, or do something like that.

Whoop, I checked the Amazon reviews for these things. They are not durable at all and seem to rupture a lot. I'll take a pass on using this as a casing.
