Translation [Giyuhgun] Aya-chan Graffiti

There is a comic i've liked for a few years now dealing with characters who are (very) well endowed. I can't read the language used and am just curious to some of the dialogue. I think its Chinese. I tried using an OCR translation to English and it did not work to make full sentences. Though i did laugh a little when a character's speech bubble contained the 'word' "Spoon-spear" which is likely a reference to a large male endowment.

The left bottom square where she looks embarrassed. Can anyone translate that?

The bottom right square. Her speech bubble that ends with a heart. Kinda lures you into what is she saying.

So if anyone can read these and wants to post back i'd appreciate it..

The manga this comes from is in Japanese, but it's easy enough to think its Chinese since both use similar pictograms.

There's a few things possibly going on here- Aya (the busty girl) was teasingly asked in the second page who does she like by her friend. She doesn't answer but gets quiet in thought. (this is the heart speech balloon)

In the first page, which is actually later (going by page numbers) Aya is talking to her older brother (or possibly a childhood friend, Onii-chan is used only with older boys that you are very close with) but he excuses himself since he has something planned and then her Aya's friend cuts in and says her Oni-sama is pretty cool and it's nice that you get along so well but "kyoudai no chi" (literally sibling's blood) and I forget the kanji (Chinese character) used to finish the sentence. This implies the boy is really Aya's older brother, but also her friend seems to think there might be something else going on. (This is an adult comic, something else IS going on.) o.O

I figure they _might_ be related since they both have such extreme sexual characteristics. Dunno if there is incest here, but it's sort of implied. If there isn't, I'll be surprised. Also, is Aya a hermaphrodite? She kind of bulges in the wrong place.
