Sailor moon crystal act 33
So the new ep of sailor moon crystal came out and near the end of the ep, we see the AP of hotatru become mistress 9 I believe. Its about 4-5 frames. There is a difference in each frame. Its about 10 secs long.

Too bad the transformation couldn't have been more detailed. I like slow transformations when they happen.
