You probably need an account to view it but it seems to be a paycomic. There are some preview images there featuring the girl at various stages of a catgirl tf. There is also what appears to be an ad for the thing: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.p...st_id=54320227

Google translate has proved unhelpful in determining how one might acquire this comic. Anyone have any ideas?

It's not a paycomic. It's a physical doujinshi. You would need to find someplace that exports doujinshi to get a copy of it.
