forgotten transformation

A long time ago, I read a story on a yahoo group that I can't find anymore. The story was about a female scientist that invented a device that transferred animal traits to herself. She broke into the zoo after absorbing most of her cat and took the qualities of a rhino, bear, cheetah and a fox. The theme of her plan was becoming the next evolutionary stage of mankind.

I would be really happy if the story was not lost and some how survived somewhere where it can be found.

This sounds cool. Do you have any idea which yahoo group? Most of them required membership, so you might be able to narrow it down that way.

Unfortunately I cleaned up my memberships and left most of them. Now I can't get to the mature ones as easily as it used to be. Back in the day I searched transformation groups. I was hoping someone else had read it and knows what I'm talking about.
