Well I did know that, but everytime I seem to log in, it's said there is no forum on this board and I can't seem to go anywhere but the index page.

Silly user error, funny how that happens.
A while back I wasn't able to view any images on Penny Arcade. I was gettin pretty upset, thinkin their coding was all screwy and incompatible with FireFox. (this was when Firefox was new) I was all set to write an email when I decided I'd better dbl-check my end. Sure enough, somehow, I had penny-arcade.com set not to download images in Firefox! How it happened I dunno, since I never use that feature.
