I know for a fact that Windows 98 can open a PNG file with NOTHING ELSE installed. Internet Explorer version FIVE is sufficient.

The trick is that the forum passes an invalid MIME type, so your browser doesn't know what to do. All you have to do is save it to your hard drive and open it and you can see it just fine.

I've been debating on whether or not to ask this, and I wonder if I might regret it, but feel free to point out the things I did wrong on the edited images, this is my first time doing such a thing and I'm still inexperienced at it, let alone drawing anything decent from scratch.

But, you gotta start somewhere, so please tear me a new one so that I might improve, and keep in mind that I'm working with MSpaint, which prevented me from doing everything I wanted to do.

Uh, no it doesn't. It just opens it up in whatever default application you have set for that filetype. It's not saved to your hard drive... Well, except for maybe your temporary internet files, but just about everything you view on the web is stored there anyway.
