Female Werewolf needles in a haystack

Concerning the Night Carnage TF, is there anything to it even if the TF isn't shown? Pre-TF acting, moans/groans, TF sounds? Or is more of a willing revealing the monster type of transformation? I'm considering a purchase myself because offscreen TFs can still do it for me, but it wouldn't be worth it if it's not to my taste.
