That used to be up at Inflate123's old vault. He was told it was An Evening With Kitten (1985) if I remember.

That's correct. I used to have the video tape of it. There wasn't anymore relevent bits to us aside another sketch where she is a giantess (which you can usually find on the net) but no more process and there wasn't any more to the scene posted.
The whole thing was basically like a showcase sketch show for her. A load of guys were sitting in a strip club watching her perform. Each sketch was what each guy was daydreaming whilst watching her.
