I've found two manga that revolve around a elderly woman turned into a teenager.

There are similar types of stories, but the age change is usually less front and center or not as extreme. Arina Tanemura (who did stories that wwent to anime like Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne and Full Moon o Sagashite) has one where the protagonist goes from only 31 to 15. http://www.mangahere.co/manga/31_ai_dream/

A good place to check is https://www.mangaupdates.com/series....y=Old+to+Young It'll give you a few leads and the tags overlap, they have Old to Young, Age Transformation, Age Change, etc. so if you play with the tags and searches you can likely find more.

I've actually been working on translating Sumika Sumire, but I can't find good RAWS for them and I no longer live in L.A. so I can't get the manga myself. I'm trying to do the Sumika Sumire on another site with so-so RAWS. There is also a light novel Ore no Kaachan ga 17 Sai ni Natta (俺のかーちゃんが17歳になった) where the protagonist's mother comes home looking like she was at 17. The premise is that the technique she used makes you young but halves your remaining life expectancy. Since it's a novel, I'm having a hard time working with it, but there are two volumes of it out so far.

Good luck- I myself like AR to young adult/second chance type stories and don't mind seeing others.

I hope you manage to get ahold of chapters 3-7. This looks like a fairly interesting shojo/josei manga. I wish the transformation had more process tho what was there was pretty unique.

The quality of the scans is pretty good, however, I read even less Chinese than Japanese so aside what I can guess from the pictures and the occasional Kanji I DO recognize, I'm pretty much guessing whereas I'd have at least a chance with Japanese raws. Either way they have from Chapter 1~Chapter 11 and the remainder you can get from the Mangalator.ch site I gave earlier.
