. You are right. I was 90% sure that Katia was going to die (10% of becoming a werewolf) and well, they bet on the safe (and cheaper) solution. Anyway, there are two episodes left, and Elena has only transformed one hand to free herself during one episode... I am sure that we are going to see another Elena's TF of 2-3 seconds to complete the insult .
I am far from disappointed, I've enjoyed the show, even though this was not a werewolf but a mafia-like show...
