The ear and the stomach area look great, but there is something about the temple zone's fur/hair that I can't quite put well in words... :/ eeeh maybe I will have the words later, tough reminds me I should also get my butt back to work someday again >_>

From my view of things and likings, I think this style is better. The first one you posted was a bit too blurry and to be honest, you can tell it is "unrealistic". This one however does give a real feeling to the hairs, like they really are part of her and is giving a more detailed look at it.
The transition from the black/gray hairs to white is a bit too drastic and sudden, could use some work there but it still looks good. Have in mind this is just my point of view tough, and I am pointing out the aspects I noted more than just saying "good pics, do moar!" since that is what I like to see more than simple praises ^_^' Practice makes the master :3 |
