Anyone know the name of this manga?

Seems to be by a chinese artist named 冰摩卡 (lit: Iced Mocha), and the name of the doujin is 性转换特别篇《REVERSAL》.
The change is caused by a cookie given to the girl by the dark haired guy, and apparently they used to be enemies.

That's putting it lightly! Dudes organization killed off his entire clan and family.

As Sieg said, this is based on Hunter X Hunter. A great action manga/anime if you haven't read it or watched it. The TG victim here, Kurapica, is pretty bishi and has even dressed up as a woman to to try and capture his enemy here.

Does anyone have the other 2 parts? Or more if there are any?

The other parts are all Yaoi. If you go to Ice Mocha's site and go towards the bottom there will be a cluster of links. From what she says those are all of her finished works.

You can definitely tell that's Chinese, from the lack of non-kanji characters.

It looks somewhat interesting, although I hope it doesn't turn into another excuse to show depictions of sex. That's just my personal preference, though.

ech I'm not crazy about tg in anime (or the chinese equivalent, whatever) because they always just have the character wake up as girls. No or very little process XP

You're acting like western stuff doesn't do that. Also, didn't anime popularize the whole "transformation sequence"?

I'm not trying to act like western stuff doesn't do that. What I mean is if there is TG in comics (western) then it will not usually be sexual and yeah, it'll just be a poof.
However when you have a manga that's meant for stroke material it'll usually just have a poof as well, it feels like a bit of a cheat is all.
