Girl in my dream
Just posting a neat little diddy that's been going up on TGcomics and deviantART over the past little while. I was surprised to see it hadn't been posted. It's a little late on the TG content, as it doesn't really become OMG noticable until the most recent chapter, thirteen. It's being updated every so often as it gets translated from Korean to English. I suggest using the dA link for now, seeing as it's three chapters ahead of TGcomics.

Re: Girl in my dream
Oh, I just wanted to post this one. It looks like it's going to have slow TG.
Overall, the story is very interesting too! |

Re: Girl in my dream
Apparently there's 53 chapters of this. Looking forward to see where this goes in two and a half years from now.

Re: Girl in my dream
Eh, if the plot was better, I might stick around for the ages and ages this'll take to be released.
But....the plot is boring. So I'll check back when it's done.

Re: Girl in my dream
Remember that 'What do you want to see in a TG?' thread from last week? My answer to that would be a comic kind of like this. It's a little slow paced, but The art is pretty good and I was interested enough to read all 14 chapters in one sitting, so here's to hoping more come out soon.

Re: Girl in my dream
I think the story is great so far, there is nothing wrong with a slow build up. I'd state other stuff here but don't wish to ruin it for others who have not read it yet. I look forward to seeing what happens. The nice thing is it seems to get updated rather quickly!

I personally enjoy the emphasis on storytelling myself. I mean, seriously. You meet the girl of your dreams and she kills herself saving you from a bus. That's at least vaguely touching.

Re: Girl in my dream
For the unitiated: while it isn't a hentai (as the previous comments make clear,) it is by no means a happy go lucky TG tale, there's death and emotional trauma, and it comes unexpectedly. Kind of like . . . getting hit by a bus.
Overall: The writing is fansub-quality (because this is a translated 'manhwa') but it has the punch where it needs it. The art . . . I really wish more attention was dedicated to the art, because, well, it's merely okay. Better then most tg illustrations out there, but it's often incomplete to the point where the only thing distinguishing a panel from the sketch is the panel itself. |

Re: Girl in my dream
I am glad someone posted this as i've been following it on TG comics for a few weeks. I do love a slow TG and i'm also quite partial to simple little love stories, so this is a sure-fire win for myself.
