Yes, Fibi starts out as a small androgynous fairy, becomes female, then through dark magic is grown to human size and turned voluptuous and evil. She later becomes good again, but retains all her other changes.

Don't worry, in 5 or so years Hokuto no Gun will probably be up to translating ep 32.
