Heh, and he/she is a dragon too. There's all kinds of TF/TG potential with that character and this is the first of it I've actually seen.

I honestly thought when I first heard of the gender switch potion happen in Fire Emblem Fates in one of the females relationship cutscenes that it would of shown the players avatar as the opposite gender artwork of whatever they looked like. But unfortunately it didn't.
