So I often befriend some peolpe in the art community at Deviant Art ever sense I started my own AR art club based on ,Anime, Girls, and Age Regression. Here is my latest requested drawn up by one such person ^ ^ felt like sharing for a change.

I like this. Thank you for sharing. I'm not familiar with Railgun. How old is she supposed to be to begin with?

I think the majority of the characters in the show are in the 13-15 range, ya know just like the majority of all anime characters.

That being said, I'm not a big fan of AR, but I like how this one came out.

Plot Summary: Academy City is a highly developed place in terms of technology. It is said to be 20 to 30 years ahead of the rest of the world. 80% of it's 2.3 million residents are students. The focus of studies here is directed towards esper powers. Misaka Mikoto, one of the top level espers in town, shares a room with Kuroko Shirai, another high level esper who is a member of Judgement, a law enforcing agency composed of students. Both attend to Tokiwadai, a private school reserved for the high-leveled and the rich. Kuroko's partner at Judgement, Kazari Uiharu, is a low level esper who studies at Sakugawa middle school. Her best friend and classmate there is Ruiko Saten, a level zero (no esper powers). Together, the four encounter several adventures in the exciting scientific town.

Uiharu is 13 in the show if I recall right.

I think who drew this have got the atmosphere (or a lot of information) of the story, Toaru Kagaku no Railgun(とある科学の超電磁砲).

In both manga and anime form of story, her younger style (as an elementary school student) is depicted, with a comb on her hair which has only one flower, instead of many, which she wears in her older style (as a junior high school student).

And her pair of panties falls during the process. This may be mere speculation, but I think this is from the fact a clay doll representing Uiharu wear no panties, and a line of a friend of hers, Ruiko Saten, which is "Uiharu, are you sure you wear panties? (初春、ちゃんとパンツはいてるか？)"

Anyway, she is so cute!
