found this adaptation of a manga with the same title, basically a middle-age overweightwoman turns young and slim getting into her fridge (I know it's silly). When she touches water however, the body turns older and bigger (also partially). There are no much clips involving direct process, except the last part:

there is also in the first part a scene where she is taking a shower and look at her arm getting fatter, and a scene where she goes with friend at the beach, and when her legs enter into the water, they get bigger (but the upper part of the body stay slim and young)
