My new job finally issued mine. I don't want to put a credit card on this work phone, cause I will need to return it when the Note 3 comes out.

Anyone know where I can get a damn google play card?

The credit card is not "on the thing" you're using it with your gmail account (google play account) when you switch devices, your purchases will be bound to your account, not the device all you need to do is make sure you wipe the old phone and you'll be fine.

I'm using extreme restraint right now, I KNOW it's not saved to the device but I don't want google to have my credit info.

Regardless of how I worded my question your smart ass answer is not an answer to my question of "where can I get a play card?"

You should be able to get them anywhere that sells the devices (Best Buy, Staples, Office Depot, most cellular stores - usually not mall kiosks, but the actual stores)...
