Near the end of this video, there is a brief but nicely done transformation where Carolina, one of the characters, turns into a weredog (as an imagination by one of the others), complete with an actual on-screen tail growth!

I wouldn't call it a poof, it had 3 stages. So it was a quick TF, but there wasn't any cloud of smoke blocking the view, that's what defines a 'poof', there has to be a poof of smoke.

My point is why do we care about a transformation of an underage character in a children's cartoon
