Possible movie TF: Harbinger Down

I've been following this one for a while. Made by the guys and gals that did the original practical effects for The Thing remake, before the studio decided to go all CG.

Trailer is now up at http://youtu.be/3L0dkv4kwP0.

It looks like there will be at least one female transformation, but no indication of on-screen process yet.

If you like it squicky then give 'em some love.

For those too busy to sit through the whole thing, at about 1:17 it looks like the blond female crewmember has been infected.

The "blood witch" on that page is from the live action trailer to The Evil Within.

EDIT: Oooo! on the gallery page there's one piece of concept art of what the quadruped female monster is going to look like. There's also a photo of them applying makeup to one of the actresses who is topless. Now that could have just been for getting a body cast to use on the puppet, but there could also be an earlier phase of the effect meant to be worn by the actress.

As long as they left some "femenine" in the monster it'll be ok. I hate when they have the mutations in "convenient" parts of their anatomy :P.

I saw breasts on the infected female in the trailer. She was midway through her transformation and her exposed breasts were hanging out of her torn clothes. So there's at least a little hope for a decent female TF in this.

Personally I hope occasionally the monster becomes smart in how it controls people, and not just animalistic. I liked a lot of the spinoff media of the Thing From Another World that did that.
