Unknown clip I've found (young girl to tall woman)

Here's a little clip I found while surfing youtube. I'm guessing that it comes from a Asian comedy film but I have no idea what it is. If anyone has any information it would be very helpful.

Movie is City Hunter with jackie Chan.

Thanks, I was going to say that it was Jackie Chan but I wasn't sure and I didn't want to sound like Peter Griffin. BTW how far into the movie does the scene take place?

That clip should be literally in the first few minutes of the film. That scene is part of the exposition where they explain Ryou (Jackie Chan's character) and Kaori's relationship.

In the City Hunter story, Ryou becomes the guardian of his partner's adopted sister, just that the age difference wasn't quite THAT much. (If it was that much, it would make their eventual relationship pretty unsettling...)

Thanks and I also don't believe that Kaori is that tall, must have been a step or something but it would be fun to see her towering above Jackie Chan.
