Whoever's name is written in there gets their savings account increased by the specified amount. If no amount is specified, another zero is added to their balance. Not processy, but I think it would still be popular.

What about Brown note? Write their name and they crap themselves...
It'd be an awesome way to get revenge on someone without ruining their lives. Imagine if they were in a business meeting, at a funeral, or getting intimate with a significant other... |

I wouldn't consider the Mythbusters to be the absolute most scientific source, but yes, they did fairly thorough experiments on the brown note and were unable to find anything.

The Santa Note:
How to use: Those who's name is written in this note shall receive a gift. A specific gift must be written in the next 40 seconds after a name is written. The delivery of gift must then be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds. If a gift is not specified, the recipient will be given a lump of coal. A deal can be made for the owner of the Santa Note to receive the eyes of a santa-gami in exchange for 3 cookies and a glass of milk. A human with the eyes of a santa-gami can see the name and wish-list of any human just by seeing their face. --- What do you think?
