That's exactly what the rule is targeting. The body goes through more changes than just curves in order to reach adulthood. The people that neglect that fact are the ones that the hammer is falling on.

That's exactly what they mean by close scrutiny. They will be looking at them very closely to make sure an attempt was made to portray the character as actually OLDER.

yea and that conflict with many of my DA as they show the girl becoming curvier and all ... like the jury revenge one...
in some pics I could argue that but it would be troublesome...

oh and some work in progress, etna got her hands on randomguy cola LOL
lately I been doing lot`s of sketchs ... must start finishing them...(just to upload something...)

http://www.process-productions.com/ I really like how it came the paint, well the light not much but the chadows at least got the hang of it ^^

also the etna growing/BE is up on DA (here http://n647.deviantart.com/art/etna-...-cola-63375324) I did it all over, was not hapy with the first sketch...

and last here is a little sketch of my new chars sophya and niky and how they developed trough the years ... (like some of my works is goes from right to left, I m a lefty LOL)
