The She-Wolf

Done in the style of The Wolf Man and set in Victorian England, here's "The She-Wolf". Hopefully I didn't miss any obvious stuff. I'm checking in with the illustrator from "The Change" to see about a paid illustrated version.

Will be posted on Smashwords and, as always, a good review on Smashwords (or Barnes & Noble would be really good since the reviews there aren't so good for Skin or Unchained) gets you $1 off of any paid story I do.

Great stuff. Allow me to be Captain Obvious, but your descriptions of her transformation was awesome.

Another great story from you, LD. As irishshane said, the transformation description was awesome as were the sex scenes. I enjoyed the whole thing. Call me old fashioned, but I enjoy when there is a well written context to the fetish payoff, especially when it's something unique like the Victorian setting.

Please keep them coming!

Re: The She-Wolf

Thanks, Northwind. If y'all are interested in behind-the-scenes type stuff, this story grew out of an idea I had for a woman getting infected and her male friend helps lock her up every night. He's repulsed at first but eventually gives in to it and goes into the chamber bit by bit before letting her bite him. It would've been a really short one but would show her personality changing slowly to a more dominant one.

So that somehow turned into a Victorian setting but I kept the chamber idea to a degree, as well as the personality change. I honestly don't even remember what made me think of doing an old English tale - except maybe I was thinking how crappy that recent Wolf Man movie was with Del Toro? Dunno.

But, again. Reviews or at least ratings are helpful on the short stories! No big deal if y'all don't have time, though

My friend I am impressed and have to ask, how many books and movies did you watch to grasp the Victorian setting? I haven't finished reading it yet but I have to say, from what I read so far it is amazing!

@Ivan - that would be so rad:
Skin, http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/64467 or http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/skin...ham/1103991298
Unchained, http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/80262 or http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/unch...ham/1105099073
The She-Wolf, http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/97056
The Change, http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/64414 or http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/chan...=mark%2bgraham

@Hexen - I honestly couldn't tell you. I haven't made a study of them or anything. Umm, I loved the old Sherlock Holmes books and... ummm... God, wow, what else? Nothing really that comes to mind. I used to watch a lot of British shows when I was a kid but they weren't set in that time period. Kind of a sucky answer - sorry I just tried to picture it and then tone done the language, watching for something that might be out of place. I'm sure there're inaccuracies but I tried to look up things here and there to add a little flavor to it. Like the name of the docked ship or journal or things.

So, yeah, nothing sticks out in particular but I've read a huge amount of different stories over the years and watched tons of movies and shows so probably just pieced things together.

Thanks again for the kind words!

Re: The She-Wolf

Loved "She-Wolf"! Great story, great TFs. Have you ever considered writing the story you mentioned in your post above about the man locking up his female werewolf friend? If nothing else, it would make a great short story. Or what if there was a twist like the movie "Cat People" where sex is the trigger for the transformation?

Thanks again!

Re: The She-Wolf

My story "The Change" uses sex as the trigger and, yeah, I've considered it. Might do it but I need to be putting together the final outline for the sequel to "The Change" and the starting on that.

Do people ever do story commissions? Not saying I'd go that route (I'm enjoying writing and learning from it) but I've seen it mentioned by some people and I guess I always assumed it was artists that were commissioned.
