Kind of a pity it DIDN'T happen! She could have kept her job, since let's face it, it's New York - there are stranger things there than anthropomorphic rats, and given how easily the Turtles manage to pass undetected, she should have no difficulty at all! Plus, she could get to know Splinter on a whole new level...

after i finish werewolf's of langley falls i plan to start on a new one i call rocksteadys saturday night date. here's a sample of what i'm gonna try to do.

Actually, it's a nice concept, and it translated well into print.
Now, I think there's one thing you might try that will give your style even more depth:
Take a look at the Technodrome in Panel 1, and see what's missing from the rest of the comic.
Experiment until you get something that feels right.

its because the device that did that got disconnected on page 11. the scene in mr. thompsons office. that device is called the Mesmerizer. it made people into slaves/ messed with their minds. watch the episode "Super Bebop & Mighty Rocksteady" i adapted it so that it would make people not notice/think they were already mutants, but it got shut off before april mutated. i hope that makes sense.
