Pretty sure the Nydus cannals took time to make the other end. And didn't they require the creep?

They required creep (on both ends), and both sides had to be built, but the teleportation was instantaneous. The Nydus worm didn't look like it required any creep in the video, but that may change.

I bet it won't. The Zerg should get a new form of transportation seeing as the Protoss do. Not sure what Terrans would get though, maybe fast drops or some pods like on warhammer 40k.

Well, we haven't seen exactly how the worms work yet, we know they erupt from the ground and tons o' Zerg comes out but we don't know whether they are built like a unit or a suedo building. They could be a replacement for the canal, which was never that useful without another Zerg player, or they mught be a spawn point like the Protoss's warp.

Anything in those videos might change. Anyone else notice that th mothership was regenerating energy points at insane speed? They weren't just magically giving it some with a cheat code, they had tweaked the code beforehand. Who's to say they didn't tweak the Nydus code?

But yeah, anything in the videos can change, as they said in the beginning of it. |

I also hope they improve Terran bunkers, either make it seat more than 4 or make less flimsy. And keep the Medic's Optic Flare skill. That was the most usefull ability the Terran race had. Blind them while going in for the kill.

besides, main reason you had the nydus in the first place was for taking out inattentive zerg players, few guardians start spitting at the base, and the turrets can't get them, so out roll the hydras, then they notice that little blob in the far corner of their base...

Time Bomb, 80 energy out of 300. Planet Cracker, 100 energy units. Singularity/Black Hole, 150 energy. Without knowing the real regen speed, it MIGHT have been able to recover the 30 energy necessary for that black hole, but look at the condition it would have been left in. A Probe would be more useful. It's beatable. Especially if you used the Protoss(?) ability that wipes out any energy a unit has. The mothership looks like it's going to be a bit like a Carrier. Potent as hell, but easily countered without some support from other units. You may have noticed that even with two Phoenixes and a Warp Cannon, it only survived the first wave in good condition because the Battlecruisers didn't focus on it. The second wave DID focus on it, though. And they left it in that sad state. I always hated that about Starcraft, too. The AI never seems to prioritize the targets you want it to, so you ended up micromanaging or dieing. |

For the AI, I don't mind having to target manually. That should be part of the element of skill. What I do wish they would add is some formation option where units wouldn't run into a base one at a time or try to go around a mountain because the ramp was too small. |
