Anyone know of artists who watercolor?
This isn't fetish related, I'm just looking for an artist who will do television-cartoon-style watercolor paintings of surreal landscapes.

Why not just buy a vector based background from shutterstock or another image site; probably a lot cheaper.

Check out the visual art gigs on Fiverr.com. You can likely find AT LEAST one or two artists whose style matches what you want.
