I'm rather a stranger, but I have a thing to say.
Youtube does not allow direct links. So, if you link directly to the video, computers in Youtube detect those links and remove those videos. That's why all the videos linked from here have been removed.
To avoid linking directly, remove "h" from the URL and make them like this:
ttp://www.youtube.com/xxxxxxxx/
