Unfortunately, I have no idea about the content at all- not even sample art.
Again, I wouldn't suggest buying stuff at random, but it might be worth looking in to if you can find somewhere to get additional information. I suspect it's just a comic with tall women in it, but who knows for sure?

Those are from Kawahara Mintsu (川原みんつ), all the mangas from this author are named with "Mint", to my knowledge only 4 were scanned, but I don't see any of the listed in there.

Is not "Honeydew", it's Bakunyuu, another reason to check these mangas, only the first Bakunyuu manga was scanned, the second not.
