Urban Rivals - Woman to fish-woman

I was just browsing around the Internet and I saw an interesting banner ad with the words "You fight, she evolves", accompanied by a quick tf sequence. Naturally, I clicked on it.

The ad was for an online card-trading game called Urban Rivals. One aspect of the game involves levelling up your characters, and for each level, there's a different picture of the character. I did a bit of searching and found the lady from the banner ad:

Her profile, according to the site:

Stung by a radioactive jelly fish while out surfing, Shayna was knocked unconscious and sunk to the bottom of the sea. While drifting in and out of consciousness, she heard a voice telling her that she now had super powers and must defend the oceans of the entire world. Then she lost consciousness completely before coming to again on the beach. Surely it was all just a dream?
