What would be the roster of a Xbox Smash brothers game?

It's a little bit more difficult to come up with Xbox characters to put into a fighting game. I mean, Sony and Nintendo have rich and diverse histories, but Microsoft is more of a newcomer in terms of gaming...

Hmm, maybe they'd put in Alex Mercer or James Heller from the Prototype series? I know that they've been on both the 360 and the PS3, but Sony already used Infamous (PS3-exclusive), so why not have Xbox use Prototype? Also, maybe one of the main assassins from the Assassin's Creed series? (I know, Soul Calibur already has Ezio, but so what?)
