I suggest finding all the URLs for the pages/videos you want to save and start downloading via http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php
This way, all your favorites can be saved. I also recommend doing this to your FAVORITE VIDEOS list as well just to be safe. It doesn't take very long at all! Just make sure you SAVE AS with a .FLV extension. You can also download an free FLV player from the same site.
