BE Request Thread(Read First Post)

Sutibaru posted a BE generator (that I believe was created by Sutibaru) a while back. I was wondering if it could be reposted as the .rar file that is posted in it's original thread does not seem to work anymore. It just brings me to a blank page with no download box (dload box usually appears) I also tried right clicking and saving however no success. If the original author or someone else who has it could re post it that would be great! Thanks much
