In this first part of this story, a genie grants a woman's wish to be young and ?ber-gorgeous. No process - her new face and body is just "there". (She gets a better look at it by the end of part 1.)

Oh, and seconds later she gets herself superman-like powers and the rest of the story kinda revolves around that...
