If direct link doesn't work, it's the link titled 設定変更 on the top navbar on the main pixiv page.

There's are two boxes for "R-18" and "R-18G". R-18 is standard NSFW, R-18G is more vulgar/fetishy stuff.

On further inspection the 10-100% thing seems like a pixiv meme, so it might not be from the artist in the OP.
