All I can say is that I spent the better part of two decades
looking for a movie (Jekyll & Hyde theme, btw).

Finally, about two, three years ago, I found a PAL format/
beta tape on eBay. So I somehow bought a PAL format
Betamax. It was broken.

So I hunted down a place that could transfer a PAL beta
tape to an NTSC VHS tape. Now the movie itself was
disappointing, but the theme here is:

Never give up the search.
