I saw this a while back, but have been unable to find at all...
The picture concerns the characters Vanille and Fang of Final fantasy XIII. The two have been swapped, with Vanille looking older/taller/more mature, and Fang younger/more petite. Many thanks for the person who (hopefully) finds it.
