I'll assume your gonna do the basics: bigger boobs, thinner waist, bigger butt and hips, longer/shorter hair, pregnant, Lactation, longer legs... you could also have a cow girl or multi-breast option. Since this is posted in the BE forum it's pretty much a guarantee that bigger boobs will be the number one choice, so you may was to do two changes, the number one choice will have full effect and the number two choice could have half.
