Advise for a modeling software

Hello everybody! I'm a long time lurker with some posts but not so really active.
I'm BE69, I'm french (I understand more english than I speak or write it).
I'm a big fan of the growth stuff and I wanted finally to participate. But I'm a bad drawer, as sayed higher I'm not english speeker (spoker?) and even if someone want to translate I dont' think I would make it (someday perhaps).
So I stop telling my life (Writing is the only way to speak without being interrupted) and go to the point of this topic:
What rendering software would you advise? I had tested the free version of DAZ Studio4 but I didn't find it easy to use (but maybe I'm just bad at this).

I have some idea implying BE, PE/PR, Mini-GTS, Growth and maybe futa and I want to put them on render. Is there a free softare that could do that?
