... The link to a handful of stories written on Deviant art. It was chronicling the life of a teenage boy who turns into a woman. Everyone knows about at his school, including his girlfriend and a bully. Turns out the Bully has the same condition as the Bot and then the Boy has to help the Bully adjust to their condition. Is this ringing any bells or am I just criminally insane?
