Actually, she hasn't had any surgery. Her look is mostly clever make up, corset training and push up bras. There was an article about her having a photo shoot with the "real life ken" and he actually -complained- that she wasn't "into it enough" since she, unlike him, hadn't had any extensive surgery done to her body. So yeah, a hardcore doll lookalike just called her a fake doll girl.

If I recall correctly, she has only had a minor nose job.
