Chronicles of the Ghostly Tribe
I was checking out some coming attractions on Twitch when I came across this article for Chronicles of the Ghostly Tribe.

About halfway into it there is a flash of a woman apparently tied down mid transformation. It could wind up being nothing, but I thought it was enough to interest you guys.
