Had my eye on this one for a while, but in the the second episode of the series it features a homunculus named Adam. It has the ability to change its form from both male to female and can alter its bodily features as well. Based on the source material, the episode seems to cover a portion where Adam goes from female to male, male to female, and then a breast expansion after the second transformation.
