[Manga] Sayonara, Otoko no Ko (AR/AP)

A manga about a gay couple. One morning one of the two young mens wake up as a little boy for no apparent reasons.

It's yaoi, but not hentai, with it being quite tame imo, even though some might easily find it offensive. The author is quite well know for his "slice of life" mangas with mix of sweet and bitter feeling storylines, so I'm curious to see where it will go, really.

There's already some tension by chapter 2 with another character, and [spoiler] a surprise AP in chapter 4, with stretched clothes.
I can't seem to be able to get my hands on chapter five which seem already scanlated, though. Please share if you do.
