A General question: About Katt's signature

To anyone reading this, i am searching from which anime is the little animated gif in the user signature named "Katt" registered on this forum.

I've sent her a private message but alas, i didn't get any answer yet.

So if anyone as a slight clue about the name of the anime, please reply here. Also, any clue about it like a character's name, the maker of the anime, or anything that could be use for a search for the name of the anime on the web would be welcome if you don't know the name.
