You mean maybe as a spin on Alice In Wonderland with Alice as the Teen Mom who falls into a rabbit hole with her child? Maybe she could be holding something that would represent the child as fetish and 2 year olds are traditionally a bad mix.

Sure thing. People must be careful when displaing teen or children references in fetish stuff. I recomend you not to do it, and avoid unnecessary problems afterwards.
