Yeah well, we all want a lot of things. The stuff you're looking for has to be paid for by someone else. So either fork up the cash yourself or just wait for someone to commission something from Chloe.

If you're talking about The Attack of the 40 foot Incredible Shrinking Woman, the last I've heard Xil wasn't distributing it nor selling it, since it was a flop and fell short of expectations. Don't quote me exactly, though.
