The clip is from an old Cream Lemon episode- Futari no Heartbreak Live. It's about a little girl who has a crush on a older boy named Koji. She wishes she was 'the girl most liked by Koji' and ends up looking like a idol singer named Saitou Konami. She decides to pretend she IS Konami and...well adult scenes ensue... ^^;;
